These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Bluefort Global Finbridge website and the engagement of our bookkeeping, accounting, and tax preparation services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Bluefort Global Finbridge provides bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, and related compliance support as agreed in writing with each client. The specific scope, deliverables, and turnaround time for any engagement will be confirmed separately before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, records, and access required to perform the agreed services.
• Provide software access or licenses where required, particularly for CPA firm engagements.
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner, as final responsibility for filed returns and financial statements rests with the client or the client's CPA of record.

3. Fees & Payment

Services are billed on an hourly basis, with rates starting at $10/hour for general bookkeeping and $12/hour for tax preparation and bookkeeping combined. Final rates depend on the complexity and scope of the engagement and will be confirmed in advance. Invoices are payable per the terms agreed at the start of the engagement.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client and client-of-client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party except as required to perform the agreed services or as required by law.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we apply professional diligence to all bookkeeping, accounting, and tax preparation work, Bluefort Global Finbridge does not guarantee specific tax outcomes, audit results, or regulatory decisions, as these depend on factors outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bluefort Global Finbridge's liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where limitation is not permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with prior written notice as agreed in the service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction agreed upon in the service agreement between Bluefort Global Finbridge and the client.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
